My shipment is lost?
If your order was lost while in transit, please contact Customer Service within 7 business days of not receiving your order and they will give you instruction as to how to make a lost shipment claim with our carrier. Once that has been taken care of we can bring resolution to the situation and get you your order.
Why do I have to make the claim with your shipping carrier?
The carrier needs to have the claim filed by the recipient in order to generate the claim for us to provide documentation to have those charges reimbursed. Once the claim has been filed we will get your replacement package right out to you, so as not to inconvenience you any further.
My order is incorrect or missing something?
If your order was missing something please call customer service right away and report this to us. We will investigate the situation and take care of your problem.
My order is damaged?
If your order was damaged, misdelivered or tampered with while in transit, please contact Customer Service within 3 business days of delivery.
When will my order ship?
Usually, most orders ship within 3 business days. If there is a problem with this you will be notified via e-mail. If it is past the 3rd business day and you haven’t received communication via e-mail, please contact us here.
How do I calculate my shipping charge?
There is a range of shipping costs on every item’s listing on the site. For multiple items, place them in your shopping cart and then enter the address you would like to ship it to, and the shopping cart will calculate the shipping costs for you.
How do I track my package?
You may go to your order history page and click on the tracking number and that will take you to the shipping carrier’s tracking page and tell you where your package is and when it should arrive. If the link is not working you can go to www.Fedex.com and put the tracking number manually into the tracking tool and it will display your package information.
